How to Get Verified on Kyrrex

Registration is just the first step to trading on Kyrrex. Verifying your account unlocks full account functionality.

The verification process is a standardized compliance measure for Anti-money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and Counter-terrorism Financing (CTF) laws and regulations.

How to complete identity verification for a personal account on Kyrrex?

Log into your personal Kyrrex account and click on the Profile icon.

You will find a notification requesting verification. Click Verify to begin. 

In order to verify you will need to complete 3 steps. Click Start. 

 

Step 1

Fill in your Personal Information. Make sure that all the information provided here is accurate and click Proceed.

Step 2

Fill in the information in the Documents verification section. 

Please make sure that all the information entered is consistent with your ID documents.

Then click Save.

Click Continue to begin.

Then click Continue on this devise.

Choose the country of issue and click Continue.

Choose the document: a statement from a bank or utility bill. Each way will have the same flow.

To verify you address, you will need a document that:

• contains the exact current address of the residence
• contains the address that corresponds to the one used during registration
• is the most recent of your documents

Follow the instructions to take photos of your document. Your photos should clearly show the full document. Click Next.

To send a document, take a photo with your phone or upload it from the computer. 

Click Upload front side.

Click Upload back side.

After submitting a document you will need to take a selfie in order to compare photos. Click Continue.

Make a photo where your entire face is visible and click Continue button.

Step 3

Fill the additional information in.

Click Save. 

We will process your verification request and upgrade your account status to verified once we have successfully validated the submitted documents and will send you an email.
