After creating an account on the platform, Kyrrex sends an email to authenticate your account. If you don't receive the verification email, follow these tips:
- Check that you provided the correct email for the registration.
- Check other folders in your email, such as Spam, Trash, and Promotions.
- Check the status of your email client. We recommend you provide a Gmail address. The email might be delayed by your network.
- Check back in a few minutes or reload your email.
