Account Login Failure

Here are some steps you can take if you receive the Login failed - Invalid username or password error message during a login attempt:

• Check that your username and password combination is correct. 
• Check the CAPS LOCK on your keyboard. Passwords are case-sensitive.

Note: You may not be able to log into a new account until you've verified your email. 

You may have problems logging into your account if you're attempting the login from a blacklisted or unsupported location.
