MiCAR asset-referenced tokens (ARTs) and electronic money tokens (EMTs)

Dear Clients,

As per EBA statement on Application of MiCAR to ARTs and EMT and Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 on markets in crypto-assets all unauthorised asset-referenced tokens (ARTs) and electronic money tokens (EMTs) shall be unavailable for acquisition and trading.

In order to comply with MiCA regulations, Real Exchange (REX) Ltd. will suspend deposit and withdrawal operations for USDT erc20 and trc20 tokens than on 31 March 2025.

Please kindly note, non-MiCA compliant ARTs and EMTs may pose you with significant liquidity risks of such tokens.

USDC erc20 tokens remains available.
